The company has an annual production capacity of 1.50 million forged steel engine crankshafts, 1.30 million sets of clutch assemblies, 0.15 million sets of spiral bevel gears, 0.10 million tons of precision forging and 1,200 high-strength bolts. These products are produced and provided to support more than 30 famous enterprises of automobile, engine and axle. Some products enter the global purchase system of internationally famous automobile manufacturers such as Daimler-Benz, Volvo, Reno and Hino. The products are mainly applied in commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and engineering machinery.

    Fuda has been successively certified as a national high-tech enterprise and owned a multitude of core technologies and processes for the production of key auto parts and components. The company has more than 100 patents and several core technologies such as shaft neck and round corner hardening and rolling. The company’s forged steel engine crankshaft project was listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology among the national torch projects of 2006 (project number: 2006GH041399). The company’s construction project with an annual production of 100,000 tons of precision forging was listed among the national torch projects of 2011 (project number: 2011GH031814) and key projects of overall planning and promotion by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The company is one of the developers of two industrial standards, national QC/T25 Technical Specifications for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile and the QC/T27 Testing Method for the Stand for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile.
    On September 7, 2017, Fuda established a wholly-owned subsidiary Fuda Technology (Europe) Co., Ltd. in Frankfurt of Germany to further enhance the company’s independent innovation and R&D capacity in the field of auto part and component technology, shorten the R&D period of products, enhance the quality of products, solve the key processes and steps and weak links in the course of product design and development, guarantee the effective development, testing and detection of products and further satisfy the requirements of product design and development.
